Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first consultation for your child to become familiar with the new surroundings and to complete our client information sheet. The initial consultation will take approximately 60 minutes.
Please bring:
- Your child’s birth record book (red book)
- Related medical reports, letters and referral letters
- The shoes your child wears if there are lower limb concerns
and - Photo and video evidence. If you have any of your child’s milestones on video, such as crawling, or if you have a video of your concerns such as the way they walk or run during sport, it can be very helpful.
